Kandwin Instructions for Your 3 in 1 Foot Massager

Step 1 - Take the stainless steel roller out so you can put it in the freezer. Press the button on the side to release the roller.

Step 2 - Once frozen, click back in the roller into position. Put one end into the massager, then hold the other ends pin in and slide it down into position also.

Step 3 - Get into position so that your lower leg is vertical on the top roller. You can also stand next to the kitchen counter using the bench for support, and then apply gentle pressure on the top roller. Do not stand on the roller while standing up.



Step 4 - Roll on the stainless roller for 2 minutes. This will cool any pain and inflammation so you can do the acupressure and deep tissue roller.

Step 5 - Roll the bottom of your foot on the Acupressure Roller for 2 minutes

Step 6 - Roll on the deep tissue massage for 2 minutes. Feel free to do the sides, heel and achilles tendon also.
